Update 5/29/09

Doesn't this sum up Rick Koerber he claims he has no money he rents the most expensive hotel's conference room to claim he is innocent and that he is going to counter sue. I'm sure everyone at the Department of Securities is running scared. Do you really need to keep on spending investor's money?
