Rick Koerber's arraignment
Rick Koerber's arraignment was today, he plead not guilty to the charges. To watch Fox 13's interview with Rick's attorney Jerry Mooney Click Here. I read an article that Tom Harvey with the Salt lake Tribune wrote stating that Mooney is court appointed.
